Carrycot Tutorial for SEW MAMA SEW

 With Granddaughters in mind It was a labour of love and how they do love them.

  2. Hello there Crafty Mumma, thank you so much for commenting I really loved doing the carrycots and my Granddaughters love them too.
    They are not hard take your time and enjoy the process, I never tire of the pleasure making something gives me and I have been sewing since i was about 12.

  3. I imagine your Granddaughters are very happy about having a Nan/Grandma that sews. I've just attached the frill and it's looking so lovely so far. I hope to have it finished tonight and then I'll start on the pillow, mattress and a little quilt too :)

  4. I have one of your lovely patterns next on my list to buy on Etsy, and I have just discovered the tutorial for this after looking for a simple carrycot pattern for quite some time. My 3-year-old boy and 5-year-old girl will love these (when I find the time) and I am guessing once their six-year-old brother sees theirs he will want in on one, too. Thank you so much for this lovely design. Now all I have to do is decide whether to go with the bear, bunny, mouse, or kitten first. They are all so lovely and I have a drawer of quilting fabric waiting to be delved into. Yay!

    1. You're very welcome, well the animals are my favourite and are probable easier to make with the stretch of the Fleece or Minki making them a bit more forgiving.

  5. Any way to get this tutorial for the cute carrycot? I made one for one granddaughter, and when I checked for the pattern again for the second grandchild, it is nowhere on line. Thank you! heidi trubacz USA
